In accordance with the Resolution of the NEURC "Approval of the Procedure for Open Discussions of Draft Decisions of the National Commission for the State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Utilities" No. 866 dated June 30, 2017, the Limited Liability Company "Solar Standard Solutions" (EDRPOU 37799781) issues on open discussion (hearing) for residents of Petropavlivka village regarding the establishment of prices (tariffs), in particular the "green" tariff for the object: 3MW Solar Power Plant in Petropavlivka village, Zaporizhzhya region (2nd startup complex) which is situated in Zaporizhzhya region, Petropavlivka village, Tsentralnaya street, 1A (hereinafter referred to as the object of power engineering facility).Since the commissioning of the given startup complex took place in July 2018, the green tariff would apply with coefficient 2.79, as for the land-based solar station, which was put into operation from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2019, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Alternative Energy Sources". In this case, the projected rate of the "green" tariff will be - 0.15 Euro/kWh (excluding VAT) - for the land part of the solar station.Within 14 calendar days from the day of this announcement, comments and suggestions from concerned parties are being received, that can be sent to the following e-mail address: dr@ia.ua or via the link on the website of the Company.According to the results of the collection of all comments and proposals, open public hearings will be held on the establishment of the green tariff for the energy facility, which will be held on August 14, 2018 at 11:00, by the address: 70404, Zaporozhye region, Petropavlivka village, Tsentralnaya street, 1A (Administrative-Household Building), with the involvement of local residents of Petropavlivka village, executive authorities and/or local self-government bodies.Anyone who wants to take part in open public discussions (hearings), we ask to go through the preliminary registration and pass issuance.
